College & Career provides opportunities for collegiate, post graduate students, and those already in their career to study God's Word, to fellowship with Him and with His people, and to enjoy the beauty of His creation. Speakers are invited to present God's Word on specific topics of significance and often conference themes may span a number of years. In addition to small group Bible studies, there are workshops for more detailed study and discussion of a specific topic of interest. Organized social activities are provided to allow additional interaction and fellowship. Over the years music has proven to be a very effective forum for worship, praise and encouragement to conferees.  See below for detailed information.

A Word from our committee chair

Dear Friends,

This year's ECBC conference, "Live By Faith, Lead By
Example," is coming up soon, and I would like to
encourage you all to come. During this conference,
we will be having a special Short Term Missions
Gallery. In this gallery, we will be displaying
various photos, memorabilia, and artifacts/objects
gathered from our conferees' past missions trips.

This is a wonderful opportunity to share with other
conferees how God is reaching the lost all over the
world. If you have previously gone on a short term
missions trip, please e-mail me some of your best
high-res (at least 144dpi)photos and include your own
captions to describe each photo. If you would like to
display an object/artifact from your trip in the
gallery, please e-mail a description of it, and bring
the object to the conference. If you would like to
write a short paragraph describing your past STM trip,
you are welcome to do so. Please e-mail your photos
and descriptions no later than August 25, 2003 to
ecbc4cc@yahoo.com. In the subject line of your
e-mail, please write STM.

We hope this Short Term Missions Gallery will show you
the many places and opportunities available to
evangelize here at home and around the world. The STM
Gallery will take place during Free Time on Sunday,
August 31. All are welcome to attend, and we hope you
will be blessed by it.

In Christ,
Karen Chin
